Meet Mike
Mike Daquino is a Douglas Elliman Real Estate advisor serving Central Florida, Tampa Bay, and Florida’s Gulf Coast beach markets. Since joining Douglas Elliman in 2020, Mike has built a strong and diverse real estate practice representing buyers, sellers, and investors across residential, luxury, beach, golf, commercial, and multifamily properties.
Recognized among Douglas Elliman’s top agents nationwide, Mike has earned the 2022 President’s Circle Award — Top 17% Nationwide and the 2023 Leading Edge Award — Top 20% Nationwide. Over the course of his real estate career, he has been involved in more than 100 successful transactions, including single-family homes, condominiums, waterfront and beach properties, golf community homes, commercial real estate, income-producing assets, and multifamily investment opportunities.
Mike brings a unique and practical perspective to every transaction. Before entering real estate, he spent more than 15 years in the New York City hospitality industry, where he developed a reputation for leadership, exceptional client service, operational discipline, and exceeding sales goals. His background also includes property management, personal real estate investing, facility maintenance, renovation, construction, and cost management — giving his clients an added layer of insight when evaluating a property’s condition, long-term value, income potential, and overall opportunity.

Having relocated to Central Florida with his family of five, Mike understands firsthand the importance of choosing the right home, neighborhood, school district, lifestyle, and investment. Whether helping a family purchase a primary residence, guiding a seller through the marketing and sale of a beach property, evaluating a short-term rental opportunity, or advising on a commercial or multifamily asset, Mike approaches every client relationship with professionalism, market knowledge, and a commitment to service.
A graduate of Long Island University with an advanced degree in Accounting and Business Administration, Mike combines business acumen with hands-on real estate experience. His understanding of numbers, operations, property condition, renovation potential, and investment strategy allows him to serve as a valuable advisor to both traditional residential clients and sophisticated investors.
In addition to his real estate career, Mike is a two-time college All-American in lacrosse and credits sports and coaching with helping shape his discipline, leadership, and character. He is a member of US Lacrosse and has coached at the high school, college, and youth levels, including programs in Central Florida.
Today, Mike continues to grow his business across Orange, Polk, Osceola, Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties, helping clients buy, sell, and invest throughout Central Florida, Tampa Bay, and the Gulf Coast.
